Order Processing
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

We ship via USPS for all orders.
Do you offer flat rate shipping?
Yes! We offer flat rate shipping to all orders within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout for certain items.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future!

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Refunds will cover the full order amount minus shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at customerservice@inodesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry this happened! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@inodesign.com with:
- Your order number.
- A photo showing the condition of the item.
- We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
