Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping to the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping:We offer flat rate shipping to the United States. We also offer free shipping for orders over $75. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it's original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@inodesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
